LETTER TO THE PRESIDENT ELECT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ABOUT MY KIDNAPPED SON AND THE ABUSE OF POWER AND CHILD KIDNAPPING BY CORRUPT US JUDGES

Dear Mr. Trump,

 

My name is Stephan Schuermann, I am the father of Duke Sean Schuermann, who has been kidnapped by his illegal alien Filipino mother Jubilie Anqui.

 

I am a loving father, with a desperate plea for help. I am a powerless parent fighting the “rigged” US justice system to have my son returned to me, who is being wrongfully retained as an ILLEGAL ALIEN in your country.

 

Mr. Donald Trump, President Elect – my 8-year-old son, Duke Sean Schuermann was wrongfully kidnapped by his mother, Jubilie Angui. She is an illegal alien residing in the United States with her criminal boyfriend, Jonathan Link Tedrick.

 

Every child should have a caring father in their life, which is a role model teaching them right from wrong. A loving father to nurture them at every step of their growth. I am that parent; I am his loving father, Stephan Schuermann, but denied by the corrupt family courts who made my child a “Prisoner” of the USA.

 

You must know that parents are the ultimate role models for children. Every word, movement and action has an effect on their development. Unfortunately, my son is being exposed to negative influences, such as the criminal boyfriend of my wife Jonathan Link Tedrick who has been arrested 10 times for battery, assault and drug related offences. My son Sean is too young to comprehend the gravity of the situation he is in.

 

It is a sad reality that children under the age of 18 in the United States are treated like property. They have no say in the outcome of their future. Instead, the family lawyers and the judges decide the fate of the child, not even their parents can have any influence, unless they are bribing the lawyers and judges.  I have faced roadblock after roadblock to win back my son and relocate him to his legal domicile Spain or his country of citizenship, Germany.

 

The giant “rigged” American judicial system is working against me, laying intricate obstacles before me. I am the lonely small David fighting his Goliath with no hope of winning. The world needs to know about the injustice. There is a legal human trafficking going on in the United States with illegal immigrants and power driven legal officers.

 

The corrupt legal system in the US is broken and profiting from the Federal kickbacks, influencing attorneys and milking off the riches of the parents to decide the fate of the children. 

 

I believe, that I am not alone and that according to my research more than 200,000 “left behind” parents who share a similar story. I will not be silenced. The world needs to hear my story and that of other parents where their children have been illegally kidnapped into the USA.

 

Mr. Trump – you are well aware how illegal aliens have overstayed their welcome in the United States and are destroying your great nation. They are all working against the US citizens.

 

According to your own statements Mr. Donald Trump – and your vision of a making America great again it includes selecting immigrants based on their likelihood of success in the U.S. and their ability to be financially self-sufficient.

 

The mother of my son is certainly NOT one of these people. She has no legal job, no income and no SSN or health insurance for my child and she drives around in the car of her boyfriend WITHOUT A DRIVERS LICENSE with 2 small children on the backseat. That is child endangerment without any insurance cover whatsoever!

 

A change is needed in US legal system and it needs to happen NOW. The laws need to be adapted from the early 60’s where the traditional family household model doesn’t compare to the modern realities. Both fathers and mothers should have equal rights to their children, based on equal parental opportunities and conditions.

 

The Federal system is too focused on profit and less about the child’s welfare.

 

I am here to expose the hidden truth of your countries broken family court system stealing dollars from parents and enabling children to be kidnapped. There are more than 200,00 innocent children who are kidnapped into the USA by Illegal aliens.

 

I am a loving father fighting for the FREEDOM and LIBERTY of my child. My Son is suffering emotionally, being separated from his loving father, mentally from the stress and PTSD from the legal battle endured in front of the corrupt judges and profit-seeking lawyers.

 

The truth is the Federal Government bribes all the family court judges in the US to separate the children from their rightful parent. It brings more money into their pockets but destroys families along the way!

 

Mr. Trump let me remind you about your plan to make fight immigration problems and make America great again.

 

1. Move criminal aliens out day one, in joint operations with local, state, and federal law enforcement.

 

2. All immigration laws will be enforced - we will triple the number of ICE agents. Anyone who enters the U.S. illegally is subject to deportation.

 

3. Suspend the issuance of visas to any place where adequate screening cannot occur, until proven and effective vetting mechanisms can be put into place.

 

Losing a child is the greatest pain and life sentence a parent should NOT endure. To be denied the right to visit and care for a child is an extreme violation of civil and Human rights. You can’t imagine what it feels like to be ripped away from someone who loves you, in another country which I am not allowed to enter due to overstaying my E-2 Investor Visa.

 

My son and the other 200,000 wrongfully retained children are too young and innocent to understand the intricate web of lies they are told why they are denied to be with their parent, their father. A child only wants to be happy and loved. To allow my son to be kidnapped and withheld from his birthplace, Germany, is a strict violation of his civil and human rights.

 

I urge you to take action NOW. Help me get my son back. Take the needed measures to deal with his criminal and illegal immigrant mother and her criminal boyfriend harbouring my son. I am the voice for my son, Duke Sean Schuermann who can’t speak for himself and the voice of countless other children illegally kidnapped and wrongfully retained in the United States.

 

Dear Mr. Trump, please help me bring them home. All the “left behind” parents including myself deserve to be reunited with our children. I am looking forward to hear from you and have my son Sean returned to me without further delay.

Flowers, Judge Margaret Casey Rodgers are now actively in Violation of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act 8 USC§ 1324(a) (1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii) and are actively involved in conspiracy of harboring 2 illegal aliens which are aided and abetted by these corrupt Judges and Violation of Color of Law Abuse, Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241, Conspiracy Against Rights and Violation of Color of Law Abuse Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242, Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law.
