LETTER TO THE PRESIDENT ELECT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, MIKE PENCE & JEFF SESSIONS ABOUT MY KIDNAPPED SON AND THE BROKEN IMMIGRATION SYSTEM

Dear Mr. Trump,

 

My name is Stephan Schuermann, I am the father of Duke Sean Schuermann, who has been kidnapped by his illegal alien Filipino mother Jubilie Anqui.

 

I am delighted and honored to have the opportunity of personally conveying to you, Mr. President-elect, the new Government and the good (Republican) people of the United States of America. Greetings and good wishes from my very humble self, and congratulations once more on your well-deserved victory on winning the Presidency.

 

As a concerned and loving father, I am here to voice out my grievances about the epileptic immigration laws of the country and the crime of Parental Child Kidnapping. I would like to bring to your notice the criminal and illegal alien (my wife Jubilie Anqui), her nefarious lover Jonathan Link Tedrick and some corrupt law officials, who have “imprisoned” my son in USA.

 

Mr. President-elect Sir, my son, Duke Sean is being “kidnapped” and wrongfully retained by his illegal alien mother known as Jubilee Anqui with the assistance of her criminal boyfriend widely regarded as Jonathan Link Tedrick, who is harboring 2 illegal aliens.

 

Sir, as you know, on 9th July 2016, I sent you a registered letter regarding child kidnapping and tax payer funded human trafficking of children and it's with a heavy heart that my son is a victim of such level of atrocity against humanity. My son’s rights as German national to liberty and freedom to return to his country of Citizenship have been deprived from him, instead he is being held “hostage” by some corrupt judges in a country where he has no legal immigration status. When I exposed the corruption and violations of Federal Immigration Laws by these criminal judges, Marry Koch Polson, Michael A. Flowers and Judge Margaret Casey Rodgers, I have been stone walled and blackballed as you have been able to experience yourself in your “rigged” election campaign.

 

Mr. Trump Sir, for almost two years my son and I, have been victims to mental, psychological torture and emotional hardship from my mentally disturbed wife and her accomplice and some corrupt judges who are violating the Federal Immigration laws, the American Constitution and by violating their oath to be fair and just in carrying out their constitutional duties without being compromised.

 

Sir, you exposed in your election campaign that the “system is rigged” and the immigration system is broken, since your victory, I have strong hope now that the corruption and injustice will be fixed very soon, because you, Mr. Trump are now the new POTUS and with your past records, I rest assured that you are going to revamp the immigration system.

 

Mr. Trump, you are a very intelligent man and I highly respect your sincerity and integrity, therefore I trust in your ability to make America great again and to get my son back to me immediately. I know there be ways to profess all judgements regarding undocumented aliens who have broken several federal criminal laws.

 

Mr. Trump, may I express the immense appreciation of myself and to other 200,000 ‘left behind parents” like me that are victims of this heinous acts every year in USA.

 

We, the “left behind” parents look forward for your anticipated and quick resolve to this age-long menace. A great first step for International Recognition would be to return Sean to me and at the same time you sign the UN Convention for the Protection of the Child to avoid that more children are being victimized by corrupt judges, who give child kidnapping, illegal aliens more protection under their “fake sanctuary city laws” rather than protecting the law-abiding citizens and left behind parents, who lost his/her child(ren) due to such evil and criminal acts.

PS: Violations of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges - Violation of Cannon 1, 2, 3, and 4. I am attaching a Motion, which was filed in the Florida Court to release my son. You will see how many laws have been violated and how corrupt and reckless judges have acted by conspiring with the child abducting mother and her boyfriend. All judges violated their oath, the American constitution, federal immigration laws and Violations of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges PLUS violation of the United Nations Human Rights Declaration.

 

Judge Marry Koch Polson, Judge Michael A. Flowers, Judge Margaret Casey Rodgers are now actively in Violation of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act 8 USC§ 1324(a) (1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii) and are actively involved in conspiracy of harboring 2 illegal aliens which are aided and abetted by these corrupt Judges and Violation of Color of Law Abuse, Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241, Conspiracy Against Rights and Violation of Color of Law Abuse Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242, Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law.
